Bekah and Luke reached out to us in the fall and were planing a trip to visit with family in the area and decided it would be a perfect time to have their engagement photos done! Living out of state, they always enjoy being in Florida especially the Tampa and St. Petersburg areas. So after some back-and-forth engagement session planning emails, they ultimately decided on our two-hour session – the perfect opportunity to showcase their style with multiple outfit changes and explore different spots around town. Bekah and Luke had a few specific backdrop requests and we immediately knew where to recommend! We decided on the Museum of Fine Arts and a small beach over by Johns Pass in Madeira Beach Florida.
The day of the session, Florida winter weather decided to grace us with a chilly, rainy day.But despite the weather’s attempts to dampen spirits, we embraced the elements and turned them into opportunities for creativity. And not going to lie, downtown St. Petersburg and Johns Pass beach empty due to the weather, it was like our own private studio session. We all enjoyed it to say the least!
We always encourage our clients to bring a little something special to their sessions, and Bekah and Luke arrived armed with champagne for an epic bottle pop and Chinese checkers for a personalized touch.
Seriously, these two were like pros in front of the camera – natural, effortless, and totally in love. Bekah and Luke were such good sports about the weather, enjoyed their time together and we all had a blast! So excited to share some of our favorite images from this St. Petersburg, Florida Engagement Session.
